Bath fitters is a really exceptional business. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. They had a well informed sales team, installation was professionally done ,and they have outstanding customer service department. They stand behind their work and don't stop taking care of their customers even after the work is complete.

The whole process was GREAT! The sales professional Troy McDonald was very nice and knowledgeable. The inspector Bruce, was very nice. The installer Jonathan, worked very hard and did a great job. He worked a long day to finish as he knew I really needed it completed for several reasons. I’m very pleased and glad everything went smoothly!

We have had a bathfitter tub liner and shower wall in my guest bath for many years. The product is beautiful, durable, and easy to maintain. They are a professional, caring, reliable company, and they truly stand by their products. Their products come with a lifetime, transferable warranty, too. We are getting our master bath done soon as well. I highly recommend them!!

Clay was great at explaining everything! He did not pressure us at all and spent a lot of time with us as if we were the only customers he had. We appreciate how well all the details were presented as well as the price. We would recommend him to represent your company. Oh yeah, and he liked our dog:)

Bath Fitters(*******) installed a tub for me aprox 12 years ago (2011). Everything was fine with it until recently, (about a year ago). When I called about this issue, they could not find my original contract because of the time frame. However, the manager,being a man of his word, respectfully honored my warranty anyway. He had people to come out almost immediately with no waste of time. They inspected, analyzed, measured, fixed and replaced everything within 1 week.The job looks excellent!! I was impressed. Hats off and thanks to the installer (*****).I could not be more pleased. Thanks for the quick response and the excellent service. I would recommend these guys (Bath Fitters - *******) to anybody.

Contractor lied to us! Told us it was $2000.00, when we got the final contract it was $8000.00. We trying to get our money back. We'll see what kind of a company they are. We'll see if they will do the right thing or is it ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I'll update when it gets settled.

I recently signed a contract to have a new bathtub installed. Adam from the Memphis location cane today to double check measurements. He accidentally bumped my towel holder which was not Properly connected to the wall. He fixed it for me and that was not part of his job description. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service thus far! Cant wait for my new bathtub!
