I placed an online order that was marked ready for pickup 12/14 stating I had 5 days to pick up my order. Staff cancelled my order on 12/18 at 8AM! Clearly before the 5 day pickup window closed. Called customer care and they were not able to help: DO NOT go to this location. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Ruined my Christmas gift and wouldn’t honor a replacement!

Every year we always go to Bath and Bodywork on Candle Day! Almost found everything I was looking for and at pretty reasonable price as well. Looking forward to next year!
