I really liked the service and communication that was given to me during the time my car was at Bartlett Transmission! Ford had my car and wow! That's all I'll say. My car was seen, fixed, and ready for my payment ?. O drove off pleased! Also, a few Sorors cars were there too ??. Ask for Colby with a C and not a K ?

Great experience! Very nice pleasant employees. Did the job in a reasonable amount of time and spotted a couple of other things that needed taken care of. I would recommend them and use them again.

Helped me on my way down to Texas. I tried calling all the transmission shops in town and they were just too busy to take a look. Bartlett transmissions was super friendly and at least took a quick look at my Fiesta ST. Thanks guys ??

The owners were courteous and knowledgeable of the repairs I needed. They talked me through every step. We ran into a hiccup but they are resolving the problem. Great customer service.

I had a great experience dealing with Bartlett Transmissions. I wanna express how wonderful Cody was during the time my vehicle was im for service. He went above and beyond to make sure I got quality work and even contacted my warranty company everyday until they agreed to repairmy vehicle. Overall experience 10/10 will

I got these guys to fix my transmission for me, They gave me a six month warranty and my transmission went out six months two weeks. told me warranty was out and they would not repair it, since I got it towed to them I had to pay again to have it repaired. Less than a year the second transmission went out. Beware.

Bartlett transmission did a great job on my 2007 tbss. They were clear and communicative with me throughout the process of replacing my front differential, axle, and tie rod ends. They were also fair with me as far as pricing and rushed finishing the project in order for me to be able to leave town on time. Do not bring your truck here They have had my truck over a month it is going on a month and a half they have had my truck everytime I call and ask about it they tell me they are pulling it in later that day or call back in 2 days ….
