I or my wife and had a very terrible experience with Mr Jermaine Moore. First of all we only had 3 months to get our mortgage together both of credit scores were high enough to get our loan. Five weeks went by and he never told us that we qualified the loan. So we went to Orion credit union and got a answer in 2 days. He lied to us al the way thru the. I’ve been with over 20 years . We almost lost out on everything waiting on him. He’s very unprofessional and lied to us for no reason. I really feel some kinda discrimination from Mr. Moore and don’t know him. He caused my wife n I a lot heart ache . For those lies. Thinking about a lawsuit. On better note Ruth called n tried to fix it , but had financing at Orion. This is so not real what happened to us !!!!

Out of all Bancorp South banks we have gone to I have never felt so uncomfortable having to check on my bank account. Everytime we come here they are asking weird questions as if we do not bank here. Customer service needs working on.

Incompetent. You're better off keeping you money in a shoe box! They charge you for trying to save your money! Always nickel and diming your account. If they screw up they try to guilt you for demanding they fix it. Payroll checks deposited on fridays dont hit your account until the following tuesday (no there wasnt a bank holiday). I thought I had it bad with Wells Fargo, putting my money in BancorpSouth has been the worst financial mistake of my life. It once took them the better half of a month to send me a new debit card. If you value your money do not put your trust in them. They're the type of bank that will kick you when your down. I once had $20 in my account, was down on my luck at the time and because I didnt spend any of it they charged me a $5 service charge.... they took 1/4 of what little I had because I was trying to keep it!!! If you are young and living paycheck to paycheck like a lot of us are then I urge you to go else where. THIS BANK WILL TRY TO ROB YOU BLIND!
