  If you want complications, conflicting information and a disastrous mortgage experience, please use Bancorpsouth. They can't even get a pay off quote right for preparations for closing. They also provide condescending customer service to ramp up the experience. Good luck, we are closing all our accounts with this bank.

  I cannot understand why anyone would want to use this bank. I have a check drawn on one of their accounts and, since it is Saturday, cannot get it cashed. One would think that a bank with so few locations to serve their customers, and those of us who deal with their customers, would have short hours on Saturday...just like the "Real" banks do.
