Listen very carefully: if you are in need of standard and/or bariatric DME, YOU NEED TO CALL BAILEY'S.I personally dealt with the Memphis location and the representative's name is REBA - write that down!!! She is brilliant, kind, responsive, understood my urgency for this hospital discharge and I told her she can NEVER leave that location!Bailey's Medical has multiple locations - check them out to see if they are in your state...you will NOT be disappointed with their services!Reba, we still on for coffee and cake if I ever visit! Thank you for making my job so much easier, you are worth your weight in GOLD!

Reba has been very helpful and informative. Gave our options and cost. She has continually done what she said she would . Nathan who delivered equipment was thoughtful, precise, and explained how to use equipment so we could understand. Our family appreciates this agency in helping us.care for out momma.
