Chase is thorough and professional. Although the transfer did not pan out as one would hope, I learned alot through the process. Chase stuck to his principles and I admire him for that. Even though I take full responsibility for the transaction error which was due to a past event that I put behind me, I learned a great deal. Chase connected me with some legal resources that were able to shed some light to a past transgressions that I've had confused for years but neglected to fully invest and understand the process. Turns out, that event was a non factor in terms of impact. Ironically, I've been disclosing information that isn't relevant. I appreciate the help Chase provided because it was more than the transaction for him, he educates you, and follows up on numerous occasions.I would go back to Chase again, once I get my ducks in a row in terms of supporting documents disputing what I disclose regardless what is not returned on a background check. I might try again around same time next year.
