After learning that my rental at another company would be a 3hr wait. I rented at avis and had a great experience. They were honest about the wait time and I was in a vehicle even faster than they said I would be.

Easy check in and check out. We opted for the Camry or equivalent and ended up with a Malibu. I didn’t consider the Malibu in the same category.

Avis had to be better than Enterprise. Had to return first two cars at Enterprise and shockingly they sent the 2nd one right back out without making repairs first.
