Mr. Larry N. Came to the rescue! The other workers simply want to tell me anything! 5yr warranty is just that unless otherwise stated! You can change the rules but when I purchased the battery it was never stated anything about a 3yr warranty and 2yr prorated. Then I should have purchased 3yr warranty!
