I had a great experience at this AutoZone yesterday. The employees were all nice and cordial. A young man named Juwan C went out of his way to help me get what I needed and helped me get all my heavy items to my car. It genuinely made my day and I had to ask him for his name. That's the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

Came in with battery and engine issues. Chris came out and tested my battery and check engine light. Got the parts I needed and a new battery. Chris installed the battery and made sure my truck would make it to the shop. It’s nice to know that customer service is still valued. Thank you Chris and you have a customer for life. Highly recommend this AutoZone.

We had trouble starting the car, I drove there. Chris tested the battery, said it needed to be replaced. I looked up my maintenance record on the site, and told him we got it from Advance Autopart. He did not say anything! I drive to Autopart for them to tell me it was Durablast, the AutoZone battery. I drove back to AutoZone, and asked for help from Chad. Chad told me Chris told him " I told her it's AutoZone battery"!
Chad helped me swap out the battery, still under warranty (it leaked). I'm grateful for Chad.
But I am concerned about Chris, what was wrong with him? What he did, or rather not do, was mean and deceptive. He saw it was a Durablast battery, but said nothing when I mentioned I got it from AutoPart. So I had to drive around town when I was crunched for time. Then he told the coworker that he told me. Did he mean I was so dumb?
So I averaged out, 5 stars for Chad, -1 for Chris. I was hoping Chris had the courage to address me when I went back, but not a word.

Wonderful experience. Great staff. We were in and out in 3 minutes and they gave us a free battery for our key fob which was dead while on a long road trip.

I came here for a battery test. I was helped expeditiously, politely, and courteously by Chad! He was a great guy, I enjoyed talking with him and he provided exceptional customer service. Thanks!!
