This Auto Zone is just around the corner from my apartment, about a minute away, and I will happily go further to shop elsewhere. I made an online order for four items, all of which were in-store, and two days later I had to call to find out what was taking so long. I could barely hear the guy I was talking to because he had me on speakerphone and there was so much noise, and he ignored me for a couple minutes while he had a conversation with another employee. But he never apologized or gave me a reason for taking so long, he just said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I don't know who's managing the Auto Zone on Covington Pike, but he sucks at his job.

So glad they have self checkout! It's only one kiosk, however I've never had to wait to use it. Got out of there in a snap!

Overcharged for service estimates., by 600.00. Did not allow service to be completed by them. I went to a reputable mechanic.

Unhelpful with services, i couldn't even borrow a pair of pliers had to end up buying some just to put on part needed .. unknowledgeable of code reader .. last visit to that location ever

Like the McDonald's of the automotive world, they can't test anything because the machine is "broken" and chances are you will get the wrong thing anyway. This location is always a cluster. I like how the workers that have zero idea what they are talking about like to argue with a 20 year mechanic also. I try not to go here. I forgot to mention you guys have a $250 sale to O'Riley because you were too lazy or didn't know how to check my alternator.
