I will never go to a different storefront. This Auto part store has assisted me with great service multiple times. On four occasions, I have purchased batteries, and each time, without elven asking, they have installed them. Each time, separate employees have turned down a tip for helping me. Their representatives are very knowledgeable about all types of auto parts and do not try to hustle me into buying the most expensive variety. Love this place!

took car battery there to charge up over night they gave me my battery returned still no charge on it obviously they never hooked it to their charger machine so I went t o Napa next and no problem there only good service..

I don't normally leave reviews. This review does not need to go un noticed. I am a disabled senior that needed a battery for my car. I had previously purchased my last battery from AutoZone. My husband who is also disabled, went inside to request assistance.
Told my info was not in the system and I needed to purchase a battery. The salesperson did not bother to look up my information in the system. Had the salesperson been on his job, he would have found me in the system. After the purchase, and coming out to replace the battery, him and another associate decided they could not replace my battery after taking the battery apart. I was left with a non-working car and asked to have my battery charged. I was told the battery charger was not working, but later on saw the sales associate using the battery charger on another customer vehicle. Long story short, I spoke with one of the supervisor, Derrick C.. I explained the situation and he immediately took care of my issue , no questions asked. Derrick was definitely a life saver today. I think he should be commended on a job well done, service and professionalism. Those are qualities hard to find these days. KUDOS to Derrick C. on a job well done.

I visited this AutoZone recently to have a headlight replaced, and the female manager on duty (Tasha S.) expressed concerned for my safety, as it was after dark. She came outside and waited with me while my headlight was being replaced. I call that going above and beyond.
