The young lady that waited on me was really nice and helpful!! I wasn't sure which product to purchase and she was patient with me and even allowed me to try it on my car before leaving. Great AutoZone and it's in Frayser.

PSM Justin is a very nice person. He is very helpful and has a lot of patience. I visited the store November 27th. And it was cold that day. He didn't care he stuck to it with helping me.

They had what items I needed, with these days and times that is rare because of the way our government is being ran, causing the economics is now days. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I haven’t been to AutoZone in a while just because of the rumors… but I gave him a second chance I went there to get a new battery when I get home it was the wrong battery and when I came back, they didn’t have it so they sent me to another store to exchange it…. get there and I was told that my warranty wasn’t even put in and I couldn’t exchange it because they would have to return it, and since I pay with a credit card it would take some business days for me to get my money back… plus on top of that it was the wrong battery they gave me… i’m never coming to AutoZone again

Walked in, stood there 7 minutes before anyone came out the back to acknowledge me. The red shirt was semi friendly, but Lewis, the store manager, had to help her with my tool rental return, but he never spoke to me once he took over the transaction. He walked off to talk to the other coworker and red shirt (because red shirt walked off when Lewis came and finished the transaction) about regular customers, and I had to get my own receipt off the printer. As I walked out, not one of them said a word.

Wow...May faith in humanity has been partially restored. Very professional & helpful service. Helped me pick out a new battery. I was about to buy an alternator & was told the one I was turning in had a lifetime warranty. I was not aware. Cudos to the staff for being honest, thorough, professional, & helpful.
