I see there managers have enough time to record encounters with "Karens" as the manager calls them. So that is why I can't get decent service when I go in the store.. That is some poor business practices. I will continue buying from Rock Auto and stay away from these clowns.

I have always shopped at Autozone and generally have a good experience in the stores. Trying to get someone on the phone from their corporate number is a different situation. Very frustrating call management system. I ended up getting three different numbers until I was finally able to reach someone to speak to.
