I recently went to AutoNation Honda for an oil change and recall. I had an appt. @1:00 so I did not have to wait. My service technician, Barry, addressed my concerns and made sure everything was done. I drove away around 3:00, no problems. This was my fourth time to use this service department for my 2020 Odyssey.

We recently purchase a CR V from Autonation 385 and it was perfect! Atrienne (along with Michelle) provided us with excellent service and made our purchase easy! Do yourself a favor and purchase from them! They will have all of our business!

Purchasing a car post COVID has definitely been a challenge. However, purchasing one from AutoNation Honda 385 has been beyond ridiculous. I once heard that the opposite of love is actually not hate, rather, it is apathy. Well, this is the one place you will find it in spades. I called to purchase a vehicle. I knew what I wanted and stated it. They put in touch with a lady by the name of Atrienne Scott. She seemed very pleasant, however, she was always busy and could never call me back regarding anything! (Do you have this car? It's on your website? Pretty basic question.) Ummm, aren't they supposed to be selling cars??? Finally, after her still not calling me back again about a car even though she told me, "I'll call you right back," I called her tonight and said, "I am interested in purchasing X car tonight, here is the stock number." Sure enough, she put me on hold forever and that's the end of that. I called Wolfchase Honda and they have the car. The gentleman there gave me his cell number and we can purchase the vehicle tomorrow. If we don't go tomorrow, it will probably be gone. Whew. Seriously? If there wasn't such a dearth of vehicles currently, there is no way these dealerships could get away with such...apathy! I just hope that one day someone treats these sales people with the same "apathy" that they treat customers who simply just want to buy a car.

Tyler Bilter greeted me, provided details on the work to be done on my car with an approximate cost and the time needed to conduct the work. He was professional and authentically friendly. The estimates of cost and time were spot on and the service on my CRV was exceptional. I will continue to use AutoNation Honda 385 for service and highly recommend them to service your car.

I had an absolute great experience at Autonation Honda on 385. The salesperson reached out to me and was not pushy. I set up an appointment, Atrienne listened to my wants and I left there a happy customer. They are courteous, professional and friendly. The biggest thing is I was only there a very short amount of time.
