I have been a customer of AutoNation for 20 years. My immediate family and myself have purchased 6 cars. I rated all 5 starts until this year. Over the years I have personally sent over 30 new customers to them that have purchased new cars.I am sure the current management could care less.Management changed, service department changed, and service has changed. It is now a 1 star. They have lost good mechanics and service advisors. This is a people business.Barbara is the only service advisor left that has a sense of urgency and cares about her customers. The rest of the service advisors prefer sitting on their seats, are not welcoming customers, and act like they are doing you a favor to assist you. They have limited techs to fix cars. How can you continue to sell cars and not be able to fix them in a timely manner.This is unacceptable. COVID cannot be used as an excuse. Take care of great employees. People leave people not companies. Management needs to wake-up and Ford Motor needs to pay attention to this particular dealership. It hurts my heart to be a long-term champion of this business and have newer management change the business model all for a buck!

Do not purchase from this Ford location! Please go to any other one in the planet, but not them. The General Manager does not replay to emails, nor does he have any regard for customer service. When I went to pick up the Bronco I ordered, none of the additional items I purchased like my towing package, etc. weren’t even put in the vehicle and it had been sitting there for 2 weeks. My vehicle had not been detailed and they tried to change to the pricing for something different than what was agreed upon. The general manager just wanted to get a sale without any accommodations or consideration. I left and sent a list of what they needed to do to have my vehicle ready. Very bad business practices with this dealership.

The service was fine, just having to wait over 40 days because of so many cars being repaired before me. But I understand. I wish you had mechanics that come to your house to check out a vehicle.

I took my truck in for a software update and oil change. The software update had a glitch after hours and the service manager took me in right away and provided a loaner so I could go about my plans. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She could not have made that situation any better. I was veryImpressed with the way she handled the whole event.

My visit this last time was smooth and incident free. The car was ready in a timely manner & the valet service was icing on the cake. I was real impressed when my car was delivered to my home. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.
