AutoNation Honda everyone was so friendly and so helpful and so concerned I really appreciate everybody generosity the kind is that they showed the attentiveness I would recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone especially our salesman Walter Crawford was very nice. I really like him and the finance manager Tony that are beautiful people. They made sure that the transaction went smoothly everything was already prepared and ready to visit did not take low on it all I really really appreciate both gentlemen for their service to me and my family thank you

Daniel Warren was my salesman. He is the reason I decided to buy from Covington Pike as opposed to Hacks Cross/385. I initially met him 3 weeks prior to purchasing my new vehicle, and I test drove several vehicles with him during that time frame. He is amazing. Daniel made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn't want to give my business to anyone else besides him. He is a great communicator and he is appealing and relatable to young buyers like myself. I felt like I'd known him for years! He assured me that he would help me get into a vehicle that I liked and he did just that.

12/22/23 12:00pm I went to autonation Honda on Covington pike to get a kbb appraisal to sell my vehicle. I was greeted by a great salesman by the name of Bill to get my valuation. After he got my information he gave the paperwork and keys to his boss Joe to finish out the process. I was there from 12:00pm to 6:30pm waiting for my the check to be cut for the vehicle sale. After waiting for about 2 hours I was told I needed a bill of sale from the previous owner I bought the vehicle from. Which was no problem I obtained the records from my files and gave it to Joe. Another hour goes by after I gave him the bill of sale. He begins to question the legitimacy of the document. I have a 2023 vehicle that I own outright with the title in my name and In hand at the time. After asking him an eta he begins to get irate because I wanted to know an eta of the transaction at 3:30 pm. Throwing my bill of sale on the desk and instructed me to take vehicle and cancel the transaction after the 3 hr waiting period. I politely said I would like to finish the transaction at this point because I have been there waiting. Another hour of waiting goes by. I hear a salesman say did anyone find the key to the vehicle outside. And pointed my vehicle out to another salesman. So at 4:40 I find out the key has been lost by Joe. At this point Joe asked me to ride with him to the dealership down the street to give them my information to have order a new keyfob. At this point it’s 5:00 and transaction hasn’t been completed. Joe then ask me do I have a copy of my registration and said as soon as I get it to him the transaction will be completed and I could have my payment which I obtained and gave it to him. Key was still not found at this moment. At 6:30 Joe comes to me and says autonation has to get an approval from corporate to complete the transaction and the person that does it is gone for today. Also my key was located and was given to another customer that lives a hour away. Then Joe proceeds to say they cannot buy my vehicle because the title hasn’t been in my name for 60 days which is unheard of. I had to leave my vehicle overnight and catch a ride home and back to pickup my vehicle the following day. I assume it is suspicious for a black man to have a clean title in hand with no liens on a 2023 vehicle. I waisted 7 hours at that place and still didn’t get the transaction done. I would advise anyone not to waste their time with that unprofessionalism. Went to CarMax and got 5k more than autonation and was in and out in 30 mins.

My experience at AutoNation Honda was very peaceful l, yet Pleasant. Usually you’re over powered by sales reps. No was accompanied and pointed in the direction I needed to go. Was not pressured at all. Had a very nice salesman to help me when I needed him. Explained and accommodated me in every aspect.

I traded my cash car in to get my new car, the process was smooth and the salesmen worked with me. Very polite and professional and affordable. I recommend & I will be back for that 2024 Honda Accord soon ?.

I think one thing that all new car dealerships get wrong is when someone comes in and they don’t qualify for a loan, the car dealership should advise the person how to look at their credit and figure out what mistakes by be on it. In my case someone stole my identity six years ago and I thought I had it cleared up. I work with the police and I sent a note into all the credit bureaus. But no one made any attempt to remove the actual charges. Other than that I had excellent credit. So I had to do a lot of research on my own. I wonder how many people walk in every day and get rejected on their credit think they have good credit, and not knowing how to simply, figure out the mistake and write a letter and get it changed. I was rejected because six years ago I told the credit bureaus to put a hold on opening up new accounts in my name because someone that stole my ID. I did not know that I had to write a letter and have them remove that initial letter. So I wrote to the collection agencies within about a month my credit was restored, and people were willing to give me a car loan, but I was somewhere else.

I typically enjoy my experiences with them, but this time was different. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change, and what bothered me was that they didn't tell me about an add-on item(motor oil treatment) they included in the service before I handed over my keys. It wasn't until I was checking out that I learned about this extra charge, and they claimed they couldn't undo it because the mechanics had already completed it. They referred to it as their standard 'oil change package,' yet I had my other car's oil changed just two weeks ago, and there was no such add-on item. I'd advise you to be cautious when visiting this shop for service. Always request an itemized price breakdown and the total cost; it might help you save some money.

Had the worst experience ever with Terrell Wilkerson. My wife was recently on the expressway when she and 7 others rode over something that was on the expressway. I took the tire and the rim in to HONDA (PIKE) because they were both severely damaged.I’m very professional in my dealings with things of this nature, partly because I worked for a Dealership as well. Although my wife and I were professional, the staff (Terrell Wilkerson) was NOT.When I pleaded with him to listen and understand us, he told us that we were NOT going to get him to Understand. He then became irate, so I asked for his superior. He quickly told me that she was NOT there while simultaneously his co-worker said that she was out on break.I asked for her contact and he screamed “I’m not giving you her personal number”, but I never asked for her personal number. All in all, the service I received was rude and should be unacceptable.My wife and our three beautiful children have to ride in this vehicle and I as a husband and father was simply looking out for their safety.

I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now. Rachel has always made me feel like family when I bring in my Honda Odyssey for service. As I wait in the waiting room she gives me an update on the progress and asks me if I need anything while I wait. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
