Originally I have them a 5 and would give them a 1 but it won’t let me. I am editing this review as of today. I waited the 5 days to roll my windows down as they recommended and when I did the passenger front and back would not roll down. I called them for an appointment to look at and when I arrive they immediately accepted no responsibility. Did I get rude yes because they were not even willing to help in the situation at all.

Reasonably priced. Jeff takes absolute pride in his work. Very happy with both tint jobs I got there. Been there twice and will continue going.

The only reason I’m giving them a one star rating is because the “lifetime warranty” does not cover everything. I was told today I cannot get my strip tint on my front windshield replaced because it doesn’t fall in the guidelines for replacement…that makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. I literally paid for all four of my windows PLUS my front windshield to be done here because of a positive referral. I am Extremely disappointed. If I known this wasn’t covered I would have took my business else where but it’s whatever. Train your associates on educating the customers of your coverage and policy. Fair warning people

I dont know why no one ??♂️ has written a review on ATD - they have been around for decades and going strong with customer service that is rare for this region. Great tint and speciality work - Jeff is a master at his craft.I recommend Auto Trim Design for anyone expecting quality aftermarket detail work.Auto-trim iz Still going! One of the most informative, automobile knowledgeable, aftermarket spots in the Mid-south. Just today (JEFF - Shop manager and vehicle whisperer) one would know by the FRESH OFF the lot, Shelby 500 GT Cobra that pulled up for work.Night said ☆☆☆☆☆

Call Auto trim design to get my windows tinted on my Cadillac ATS. I was surprised that they had the many different categories for every single car, and the fact that they can do the back window in one piece is definitely a plus. I've called three other stores and each one said that they might have to do the back window into pieces which then sound good to me knowing how the weather changes so much in Memphis and we can reach 100° in the summer, I'm not sure how that two piece that will hold up at the seams. Also their price was right in the middle compared to the other places

Professional and quality work. I took two vehicles here for window tinting and headlight restoration and was extremely pleased with the results. Staff is efficient and professional. Had two vehicles detailed both were ready before promised time. Both arrived in immaculate condition looking showroom fresh. Have two more to get done in next month. Pricing was very reasonable for high service. Highly recommend Mr Henderson's team.

My service manager at a local dealership recommended I call Jeff at Auto Trim Design, and I’m glad I did. His prices are competitive, quality of work was fantastic, and the window tinting was completed in a very reasonable time. I’ll be back!

They are really responsible and friendly and do a h*** of a job I'm really satisfied with the work they did on my car, and would recommend them to anyone, who needs window tinting they are good.
