Don’t recommend getting a car from here I had my car only a week the check engine light came on it was in the shop for almost a month when I got it back I drove it a week just for the transmission to go out waste of 4500$

They sale beat up cars they wash them to make them look good and take you on the street to test drive and not the high way so you won’t hear or feel the bad part of the car and the way the car to make it look good and when you bring it back and tell them it’s a a problem they send it to a shop that lie for them they are in it together or the have the bootleg Mechanics outback fix it make it worse

I have not one thing bad to say. My first Mazda truck was nice pay it off and got a car next. My Toyota Corolla 2010 was the second car I paid for and had no problem. Charles is the best ❤❤

Can’t believe the outcome. I held off submitting a negative review for Auto Outlet due to the family feeling the dealership offered, but after several months it has come to this. I purchased a 05 Ford Expedition my 3’rd from them and had nothing but problems from the 3 week mark going forward. First malfunctioning transmission issue and finally a faulty motor. I even offered to continue to pay for it if they would trade me into something else and the manager “Kenny “ said there was nothing he could do. Only had the vehicle 87 days and for 10 of them they had it repairing something. To make matters worse they have the audacity to demand I pay a balance of $3,200. Not cool Phillip and Auto Outlet as I am a father of 7 children and can’t afford to buy another vehicle.
