Security was very present in the parking lot. While we ate lunch at Mulan Asian Bistro we saw the Phelps Security truck drive by no less than 12,789 times.

It's an all around good shopping plaza as far as shopping plazas go. It's got a Target and Super Lo Grocery Store as main anchors and on the more shipping strip side they've got a local liquor store, Williams Sonoma Outlet, and a few other misc shops and restaurants.I'd rate higher but the parking lot and the entrances off Southern (specifically the one directly next to the post office) have been in terrible condition for years. Granted when they get a pothole they fix it fairly quickly usually in the winter when that happens the most but again that entrance next to the post office is a nightmare and it hasn't been patched or dealt with in years and really needs to be fixed.
