We recently took our car into Gossett Motors Audi for our 30,000 mile service. We were greeted by Travis Fields who was very friendly and professional. He checked us in and when over what was going to be performed on our vehicle. He called immediately when our service was complete so we could pick up our vehicle.
We were extremely happy with the service that Travis and the service team provided for us. Thanks so much!

The service department does not react or respond to any calls or requests I had.
Left voicemails and tried to schedule an appointment without any success. Called several times on several days, but never received a feedback.
Also their sales team is mixed. One guy, Ethan is great (therefore 2 stars), but other guys we worked with never took care of open issues we had on a car purchased through them until we escalated it to their manager.
Unfortunately no Audi like dealership

Took my car in 2023 - July to be exact to get it checked as my air conditioner was not working. I went to the AUDI USA site, found that the Evaporator had issues on some of their models and the warranty had been extended to 10 years. Prior to taking my car to AUDI, I took it somewhere else to get it diagnosed, someone that I trust and they did work on my other AUDI. They confirmed the work that needed to be done on the car was the Evaporator and they advised I take it to AUDI since it was under warranty. Once I dropped it off at the dealership, they gave me a loaner and off I went. Did not hear anything on my car, no status on parts, no ETA on completing the work, nothing. I called to follow up, but no work had been done. Three months later (October), they call me to tell me that it was not my evaporator, it was a hose but that my battery went dead and would not take a charge and I would need a new battery. They gave me a price of $700.00 for a battery. So...., you have my car sitting at your dealership for three months for just a hose and you don't start it in three months and now you call me to tell me that my battery is dead with only 42K Miles on the car? They must think I am dumb. I called AUDI USA, YES, I DID! Will continue to do so until I get the service I deserve. AUDI reached out to them and they got me out the door with a battery and whatever hose they said they replaced. Here we are again, March 11th of 2024, my car is back at the dealership for the same issue, no air. Until they change the evaporator, I will continue not to have air and loose the freon. May 31, I still do not have my car back. Has been sitting at their dealership. I called the General Manager, Chip Pleasant earlier this week left him a message, but did not hear back. Called him again and left a second message, this time he returned the call, but there was a tone on his voice that I did not appreciate.I told him what was going on, I was pretty straight forward and I said - " I don't want to have to take legal action", "my car has been at your dealership for 5 1/2 months in less than 1 year. The minute I said that, this man went off like a bomb, he started yelling and said he would not speak to me at all, that I would need to talk to his attorney. He was completly out of control, he said he had been listening to me for 3 minutes already and that this was not his fault. I could not believe the service I was getting! Where did this gentleman go to school? I don't know if he captured my accent and maybe he thought that he could disrespect a female with an accent, or what, but the right answer from him would have been - "Ms. you do not have to worry about legal action as we are going to take care of your car, and I will make sure that happens" - that.... would have been good customer service. I even told this man "not to talk to me like that" - Yes, what a jerk! The service people has much better manners than the General Manager. Later that day, Tracy called me (Service Manager) much pleasant that the GM. He gave me his story, of course, they have to give you a story, but regardless of what they tell me, I've already done my research. Bottom line, I bought my first AUDI in Brentwood, TN, and had the best experience every. I was skeptical about buying one here, for some of the things I have heard, but I did anyway. I should've known, when I asked about their financing and the type of interest I was looking for, they told me....."we can only get that for people with outstanding credit" - what does that tell you? Well, they did get me what I wanted and even better, and you already know the reason why. I felt very understimated and somewhat insulted. I bought the car, and love my car, but the service needs to improve. This more than likely will be the last AUDI I buy at this dealership unless the General Management improves. Audi Nashville in Brentwood is the way to go. Two starts because their service staff seem good people, otherwise, they would get 1 star.

I was recently working with Ricky Rodgers on the purchase of a Tesla. He was great to chat with and honest. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, but how Rick handled me eventually declining the deal was the true testament to his character. He's truly looking out for the customer and puts the customers needs first. Even though I didn't purchase this vehicle, I would purchase a vehicle from Ricky any day of the week! From one salesman to another, you have major Kudos from me!

I'm terribly disappointed in the level of service I have received from this Audi dealership as it relates to the service department. I have been a Mercedes customer for many years and decided to give Audi a try when they came out with the Audi Etron, which I purchased in 2023. The service I have received has been horrible to say the least. There is no follow up or even concern. The GM needs to do a reset on the whole service department.
