Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Gabriella’s customer service, sense of urgency to my issue, and professionalism was immaculate! I was greeted upon entry and my issue was resolved within a timely manner! Highly recommend this location!!!

Didn’t meet my expectations for customer service. Employees were complaining about the cellular business the whole time I was getting assistance. Even the person helping me was adding to the complaints- Poorly representing the business.This isn’t an AT&T Corp store. They may be better.

Gabby helped me so much at the hacks cross location. I was able to get 2 new phones for a cheaper price with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend going to see Gabby! She will make sure you are taken care of while also being sure you aren’t paying too much for your bill!

My Wife went to the store to upgrade her cell phone to the Z FOLD 5. The AT&T personnel did the computer work, and my wife paid the fee. When the person brought out the Phone it was a flip phone not the Z fold 5 cell phone. They charged my wife 55 dollar restocking fee. It looks like AT&T costumer service has fell off really bad. They just took money from one of their loyal costumers for 20 years. Let's see who needs my business. Hacks Cross store Memphis TN.

I went in to this AT&T store because I had purchased the wrong screensaver online. I was able to get the correct screen saver and found out that it was under a lifetime warranty. Thank you for great service.

Problem NOT resolved. Manager (Ashlyn) was disrespectful. Not had this type of problem before. Will not be going back to this location. Others who are in my house do not have reception issues. They said it “could” be my phone. After a very lengthy time there and multiple SIM cards, I left with the same horrible reception on my phone. Standing outside to get reception is not a reasonable solution. I asked if my phone needed to be replaced. Response was “maybe.” AT&T takes better care of new customers more than long time customers! Just not okay!!!!!!!
