When going to this store be very cautious. Especially if you are planning on switching from another carrier. I went to this store in October to do a trade in value for the Samsung Z flip 5. I switched from T- Mobile to Att. Why did I EVER DO THAT. They have gave me the run around. I traded my phone in only to get played from ATT. My bill has been outrageous. Here's the best part. They received my iPhone 11 after not adding the credit to my bill and me trying to get a shipping kit since October. They get my phone and tell me they aren't going to give me my phone back and I will receive a $100 credit. I don't know what happened to ATT WHEN THEY WERE CINGULAR WIRELESS, BELLSOUTH THEY WERE AMAZING. ATT IS NOW A JOKE. THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR DISFUNCTION. ATT I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO STOP AT THIS STORE. THAT STORE USE TO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES. NOT ANYMORE. THIS STORE IS FULL OF CON ARTIST. THEY GET YOU THE SERVICE AND WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THE ASSOCIATE DID WHEN SIGNING YOU UP FOR AN ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE FOR IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT HERE PLAYING WITH PEOPLE LIVES, BY TRYING TO GET A SELL AND PUTTING IN MISINFORMATION. WHEN THE SYSTEM FINALLY DOES CATCH THE MISTAKE THE ASSOCIATE IS OFF THE HOOK AND THE PAYING CUSTOMER IS LEFT HOLDING THE BAG. IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. YOUR GOING TO GET BETTER ASSISTANCE FROM ANY OTHER STORE THAN HERE.

Very bad customer service, we are a media commercial company and they treating us super bad, and racist. These people were very rude, we were polite and were trying to explain the situation and the manager “efuan” tried to hit my boss, while I was on the phone as a translator, we are going to post this on the news and all of our platforms online. PLEASE do NOT go to this location, they won’t help you at all, just sitting down doing nothing. If you are in customer service, you should know your responsibilities to keep a customer happy.

I told Hunter, the salesman, not to lose any of my recently deceased mother's voicemails and he was conscientious, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job!

I stopped by the store today because my phone can't charge by using wire so I had to use wireless charger. The salesperson Ladarius didn't inform me that I had to get a 110 plug that did not come with it. So I had to go's another att store to buy one. He was too lazy walk over to show me where the wireless chargers. It was more important to text his friend instead of helping me.

It would be nice if they tried to make their customers happy. Instead of trying to just get more money. I was told to wait 2 more weeks due to billing cycle

My last two experiences with ATT have totally reversed my opinion of them. For years, I have had negative experiences, but these past two have left me feeling very positive. It’s clear they are trying to regain favor, and in my case they have done so by offering better service at a cheaper price than I was paying and giving prompt service in the store.

Sales folks know how to help with the ATT processes yet seem less than engaged. Knowledge of the products (phones) are not deep...IMO. I WILL say the hardware displays are well kept.

I inherited an older Android phone at a new job a year ago. It was awful. I had the go ahead to get a new phone but not the time or energy. Suddenly, the phone screen started acting odd and wonky. Now I'm worried I might lose all the contact and text data stored in it. I went into the store at 6 pm on a Friday...no one's favorite time to be dealing with a complicated phone issue. Jorge listened to my needs and my fears and made everything alright...despite it taking multiple tries to get all of my data to transfer to the new phone. Jorge, aka "the Instigator" nicknamed by his fellow, and equally lovely, employees was my savior that day and turned what could have been a very ugly time for me into a pleasant evening with no worries. Thank you Jorge !!! ATT - give this man a raise! ~ Carol

I came to the store #4320 to get some assistance. George greeted me when I arrived. He assisted me with what I needed and spent the time to explain everything to me. I love this location. Everyone is always so helpful. ??

Normally don't do reviews but everyone I've communicated with at this AT&T store and their corporate "loyalty" department have made it clear that there's nothing that can be done for my situation. So hopefully I can keep someone else from getting scammed. I'll explain everything below but here's a TLDR: If you've been thinking about switching carriers, do it; AT&T doesn't value their customers; I feel like I was scammed at this AT&T retail location; I've been with them since 2004 when they were still Cingular wireless and all they gave me was "I'm sorry we messed up but there is absolutely nothing we can do;"I traded in my 256 gb iPhone 11 Pro max in January of last year for a $800 off iPhone 13 with eligible trade in promotion at this location. A month later I noticed my installment plan was set up without any promotion (just 36 scheduled regular payments). I went to this AT&T store to investigate. The store was incredibly busy. The wait was long. The employee was very rushed and told me the promotion was there. After I insisted he look again he was very dismissive and told me it would be on next months bill. This is where I messed up. I should've made sure that I got the promotion I agreed to instead of assuming that it would show up on next months bill. I had all my receipts so I let it go. At the time I was working 60 hr work weeks on night shift as a travel nurse. Life was a little chaotic for 2022 to say the least and my time in normal day light hours was very limited. Fast forward to this month. I was going over bills and realized that I still owed over $1000 on this phone that I was supposed to get an $800 credit for. I went back to this location to investigate and a manager was able to tell me that that I was "notified" that my plan was ineligible for this promotion so the $800 credit was never applied; Why wouldn't you tell me before I traded my device in? Do your employees not know the stipulations that apply to the promotions in your store? Then a "fair market value" of 187.50 was applied to my account. That's way off from the $800 I was expecting. On top of that the average sale price for a 256gb iPhone 11 Pro Max on ebay in Feb of 2022 was $725. If it was something as simple as changing my plan to get the promotion I would have done it but again I wasn't ever notified of anything. I also would have just preferred to have my phone back and not take the upgrade. I only agreed to upgrade because of the promotion they were pushing. I spoke with Chloe and Felecia in the loyalty department after I was told in the store that there was nothing they could do. While they sympathized with me and offered kind words, the results were the same.I feel like AT&T stole my device and forced me to take scraps for something I could have sold on my own. AT&T should have notified me prior to trading in my device that my plan would deem me ineligible for the promotion which we were agreeing to. I don't know what options I have but I will be paying off this device and cancelling all services with AT&T for me and my family.
