I would NOT recommend doing business with Atomic Graphics. The owner is EXTREMELY rude and unstable. I've never been disrespected by the OWNER of a business as badly as I was during my interaction with her. I was referred to them to have hang tags printed for my company. I called to ask if they could do what I needed and was told it wouldn't be a problem. After completing one order, I made another to have additional tags made. I asked if they could wait to drill the holes so I could bring the first set of tags to have them all lined up. Again, was told it wasn't a problem and that they would be working on them the next morning. I said I would stop by that afternoon. Once I arrived, there were no tags. The guy I spoke to had no explanation other than they weren't ready and wouldn't be ready until the next week. After I expressed my disappointment that they weren't ready especially I had driven over 30 min to get there, the owner comes out of the office to tell me "You know what, we don't want to do this for you anyway. This is not what we do!" She went on to explain how her guy spent hours working on "my little things" and that she has other stuff for him to do. I asked her why didn't they call me if they were having problems and she said she doesn't have my phone number. Which is not true. The conversation ended with her throwing her hands up and telling me I can find someone else to do it because they're not the print company for me.
If you care about how you're treated when you spend money (especially privately owned companies) DO NOT use Atomic Graphics.

I have used Atomic for printing jobs in the past which had no issues besides not delivering the finished product by the deadline they gave. After today they will never get my business nor any referrals from me based on the owner's attitude with my business partner. There are other companies out there that have far better customer service.

Horrible experience! Owner doesn't care about the quality of their work nor does custom service seem to be a priority! Spend you money with other companies who will value your business! Don't use them people! WARNING!

I needed same day business cards and although Atomic Graphics was quick, the quality of the cards is extremely subpar. I specifically asked for a heavy weight card stock and received very flimsy cards that were poorly cut. Disappointing as these cards were needed for an event and can not be used.
