Love this location, and even more now that i’ve met Mark D. (sales rep). He helped my boyfriend and I preorder the new iphone 15. He answered all of our questions (we had a ton), he was so patient, funny, and kind, all while remaining professional. I’ve never had an experience go with such ease and i’ve also never left a phone store feeling 100% satisfied with my experience. He eliminated every bit of stress I thought I might have during the process of making such a big purchase. Everyone go see Mark D. at this location and I can promise you’ll leave happy. Thanks Mark from Dylan and me!

Worst location ever. The phones are bolted down so one can't feel in the hand(s). The one service person asked if I needed something after i began to leave..was their first interaction.

Maria B. was so patient and helpful in resolving my wireless issues. Although she was busy she worked at it until the issue was resolved. This store has excellent selections and a knowledgeable staff.

Call before showing up to store. I have been trying to pick up an online order and each time I went to the store it was close. This retailer does not go by the hours showed onsite, nor on the door of this retail. Store was supposed to closed at 7pm on the site, on the door it’s said 6pm, when I arrived it was 5pm and they was closed. They had a sign that open at 10:00am. Today I arrived at 10:30am and a new sign was in the door saying 11:30am.

Worst customer service! The two young ladies at the time of my visit had the door locked (10/1/2022 @ 5:30pm) with nobody inside the store. She was “forced” to unlock the door because I was there. Once inside the stench of the smell of food was overwhelming. I asked one of them about the phone upgrade process and, while eating pizza in front of me, she looked at her associate, laughed, and proceeded to say that I might need to go to a corporate office. In summary, I told them how disrespectful and unprofessional they were and left the store. They responded “have a great day” as I left. I took it as they were happy I was leaving to continue doing absolutely nothing. I recommend customers to avoid this store and to visit an AT&T corporate store instead. You have been warned!

The in store rep wasn't allowed to do everything I needed done. He said I would have to call in but every time I do they lie and don't do as I requested. I'm seriously thinking about going back to Verizon and Comcast.

This location is my favorite to visit Ashley and Shakeil showed great customer service feed back and helped me with picking out a great plan that works best for me. Great workers EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A textbook experience in customer disservice. Walked in this afternoon to handle a routine return, and was polite from the jump. Certain concessions had been made by ATT corporate and the notes were on the account. The young man I dealt with wore a look that vacillated between boredom and contempt and was of less use than an electric football bat. Offered nothing but sarcasm and passive insults in the face of my politeness. When I held firm that I would only accept the terms promised by corporate, he escalated his expression to what I think was an attempt at a mean mug. It... it needs work. Maybe he thought it looked good practicing in the mirror. But the desired effect was not achieved. Looked down at my watch and I was 10 minutes closer to death with the trend lines pointing unfavorably. So, life being too short, I cut my losses, bid him good day, and left with him shooting pensive, constipated looks at me. Very unpleasant, top to bottom.

Not sure what is going on at this location but the person helping me was new and grabbed the wrong phone to sell me. Then the manager said it was a comparable phone to what was displayed but it was not. Displayed phone was a moto g stylus 250$. The one they sold me was 150$ but for the 250$ price tag. When I finally figured that out l wanted to return it but they already activated the phone so they still charged me 55 dollars to restock it and I hadn't had the phone for 5 minutes.
