They are business minded and very helpful. If they find cheaper insurance they don't hesitate to let you know. They really work with you. I'm impressed. Small company great customer service.

Horrible! When my renewal was coming up I contacted them over 5 times and emailed because my rate was going up! No one contacted me but I received a letter on them referring me to a company that had bad reviews! So I decided to contact my current insurance company and do my homework myself so that I was able to save almost a hundred dollars yesss $100 and was able to keep my insurance company that Im really happy with! So save some time and money and cut this useless middle man out! When i first came to this company it was 15 plus years ago you would think they would care more about their existing clients because we would refer and word of mouth is the best referral!

Worst Freddy's I have ever been to. Staff that waited on me acted like I was doing them a favor. Food wasn't as good as well. Fries had bits of other food in them. Asked for no.grilled onions on my patty melt and it had onions on them. Very disappointed in my service and food. Ill eat at a Freddy's again but not the one in Collierville TN.

worst insurance company ever. a few days back a person crashed our parked car in memphis and he had this insurance. let me tell u they do not pick up calls they are not ready to cooperate. they are causing us so much trouble and pain. it's been more than 5days and they could not contact the person who caused the damage i mean how immature and unreasonable. such companies should be shamed so that no one could come to them. highly disappointed!

I have done my insurance business with Associates General for over 20 years. The reason is that they have been very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable and have helped me make sound insurance decisions that have saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend them. They have products that meet most every need.

This is the worst establishment to have insurance through! They are all rude and talk to you like you are nothing. The owner stood in front of me talking loud and crazy when I told him that his employees were rude over the phone and needed customer service training . He also had a dog who barked and ran up to me as if he wanted to bite me. And I had to tell him several time to get his dog away! He said if I didn't like things that I should cancel and told the agent to cancel my policy! Stay AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
