Had a little bit of trouble making a decision (because they have a huge selection) but once I finally did, the crew was so kind and fun to talk with. We were giggling and joking the whole time! It was a very easy process checking out, just a few signitures and some delivery talk, then I was out the door! Would definitely go back if I am ever in need of some more furniture. Now let's just wait to see how delicately it gets delivered.

Beware of Ashley's on Winchester Memphis, TN.!!! It is a privately owned store and will not treat you well at all. And Ashley's Corporate Customer Service is not there for you, either. No one understands policies the same. No one has authority to correct matters. No one will acknowledge what their own tech people say when inspecting the merchandise. In fact, Ashley's uses a 3rd-party company to service/repair troubles with furniture, and then limits them to only report using their limited reports sheet....and there is no way for the tech to give an accurate description. When leaving, the tech said, "good luck, because you are in for a long drawn out fight that you can not win". "This is not a good company". It has been two months and we still are sitting with what their own tech person said were "factory defects". After having cushions replaced and being told that the arms on our two chairs and the cushion on the ottoman could not be fixed, Ashley's insists on sending out more cushions and will not fix the arms or ottoman. Yet they are considered "factory defects". We had the chairs three days and on the forth morning the cushions are still sitting down in a "hole" because the chair table (the supports under the cushions) will not keep you from sitting down on the front board of the frame. The cushions crush down and do not recover. The fabric is wrinkling up as if they were used for decades! They are just a horrible design. And there is no way of knowing such until you go to use them a little bit. But Ashley's is saying ' oh, its been 72 hours so your stuck with just getting new cushions sent. We did not ask that they refund money, but that they let us return the "FACTORY DEFECTIVE" pieces, (two chairs and an ottoman = $1700+), and reselect to an equally priced options (including paying the difference if new selections are more expensive). They want to just replace with the same pieces and start repair process over. If you finance with them for more than 12 months to take advantage of the "no interest" they INCREASE the price of each item AND the shipping that more than compensates for their "interest". Sneaky! aren't they. By the way......From the very beginning, the store manager, Mr. Wali Nado, has not once returned my calls or messages that I have left. Nor has anyone reached back out to us to try and help resolve this nightmare. I have tried to get help from the sales person, but he just passes on messages to the manager that always fall on deaf ears. And the sales people seemed to be trained to say nothing or know much so that nothing is said that would cause them to have to back up their products. In fact, their store basically runs on the policy: 'Get their money and signiture and get them out the door before they know what they just signed off on!'
