I'd give half a star if I could.This company had eight weeks to plan our delivery and two to fine tune it...Well they failed and because of INFERIOR EQUIPMENT!!! Can you imagine TWO TRUCKS BROKEN DOWN for the same delivery?No direct phone calls nothing but excuses.Typical poor poor service from about southern run company..Meanwhile will be sleeping in our car because $100.00 a night hotel reimbursement won't pay for a fleabag motel in Memphis.

We had a great experience with our mover Dean. He did a great job and communicated with us frequently. He was very responsive to any request we had and went above and beyond to make sure everything was where we wanted it to be and re-assembled as necessary.

Dean and Jared were an absolute dream team to work with! They moved quickly but carefully and genuinely cared that we had a good experience from start to finish. We are in the process of moving cross country from the mid south in the middle of a literal ice storm, and Dean, Stan and Darell have beyond risen to the occasion. Despite the insane weather, they arrived on time, got our entire house packed up in a matter of hours, and have been absolutely fantastic to us throughout the process. If I had to make this move again, this is the team I’d want helping us, hands down. Moving is an utter nightmare but they have made it so much better. 10/10 would recommend, would literally beg for them to handle this process for us again. Thank you Dean, Stan and Darell!!!!
