Was informed the Packers would be at my place between 9am and 11am today. St 11:30a still no one. Got a call from Donna, checking in. She was surprised they weren't here. She checked and said they'd be here between 12 and 2. It's 3 now and still no one. I regret choosing them. Got a call at 4 saying they wouldn't be here today. The president called me and was dismissive of the fact that they had me sit here all day waiting on them and then no one showed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. No one knows what's going on.

The men delivering my Household were very careful and respectful of my property. They worked quickly and hard to get everything moved before rain came in. I really appreciate how hard they worked and got everything moved. Will definitely use and recommend Armstrong to anyone asking for recommendations.
