Very friendly staff who made sure my friends and I had shopping carts for all of the treasures we had found. The day we went, we all got some great things at phenomenal prices.

Love this Antique Store. They have so many amazing things. I purchased a vintage Pepsi sign, few posters, and a cute vintage handbag. All were great prices. The lady who assisted us during checkout was awesome. She showed us pictures of her adventures where she took pictures of movie sets like Stranger Things, Walking Dead, etc; since one of the posters I bought was Stranger Things( Favorite Show). She was extremely nice and we really enjoyed speaking with her.We will definitely be back to make more purchases.

They’re never open on time on the weekends at least. This is probably the 6th time I’ve arrived before 11am and it is now 11:22am and they’re still not here to open the estate sale they’re hosting. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe the neglectful behavior of the owner and employees. The latter for their inability to just show up and the former for continuing to employee the same people without addressing the problem in a way the fixes it for them. If I paid these people to run my estate sale, I’d be upset that they were not open the length of time agreed to and advertised. Personally, I’ve seen four cars drive off since I arrived and there is one car here waiting, stupidly it seems, as I am. Also, they post ridiculous rules on their door about not photographing items. So it’s not a decorator/personal shopper friendly place. Just a place that seems to be comfortable stumbling in at 11:30am. Call ahead and see if they’re really there.

Their listing said “1,000 comics books!!! We found 11 boxes full in a closet!!! The most amazing collection!!!” I get there, and there are maybe 6-7 boxes, probably no more than 500 comics, all of which were worthless and in terrible condition. Also, a man was hovering over four boxes, not letting anyone see them because he said he “talked to Todd about maybe buying the collection,” and that he needed to look through them. Pretty corrupt, if you ask me. They obviously don’t know how estate sales should operate. Also, there wasn’t even a thank you when I checked out. Pretty poor service and advertisement.

I am a 67 year old retiree, and I’ve been coming here off and on for a year. Not an upper class establishment. True estate sales are typically 3 days and then on day 3, they will be 50-75% off. Who wants to let their belongings sit in a thrift store labeled as an “estate sale” for over a year and not ever get paid? This isn’t even realistically an estate sale this way. If these were actual estate sales, the items would literally be changed by the week, not held on to for over a year if they don’t sell. If these are actual estate sales under 1 roof or 2 roofs, the families of these estates must not mind waiting years for their overpriced items to sell or never sell period. I would rather sell my stuff cheap and now than wait a year for a few dollars more. It’s easy to see all the same stuff sitting unsold. Most of the stuff here has been here for more than 6 months-year, especially glassware. They do get new stuff in, but it just gets squeezed in on top of the old stuff. Having an estate sale at your house is the best option, attracts 50-100+ different shoppers a day, and you would get your money almost immediately. If you are wanting to shop here, there are absolutely NO PROFESSIONAL SIGNS for this place. From the front, it looks like a window-shattered and broken closed down business. Parking is in the rear, but there is a HUGE pothole that will tear up your car if you pull right next to the building. You have to maze your way to Forest Ave and even from the back, all you see is a bunch of clutter and trashy computer printed signs taped to doors, so much that you don’t even want to read to figure out the 100 messages they’re trying to send at once. In this area, no one wants to stand outside being asked for money by the less fortunate while trying to figure out what all the signs say not even knowing if you parked in the right area. If the owners were having true estate sales, they would have customer-attracting signs with real advertising. The owner also has her grandchildren kept in a room all day, and when the workers walk me to the next building of their overflow stuff, they lock the children inside, which is unsafe. I’ve witnessed this on several accounts, and even heard a little girl throwing a fit about a phone the entire time I was trying to shop, until she got locked in the store while I was taken to the next. This not only is neglect, but dangerous if there were to be a fire trapping them in the room or building. The children would be locked in that room not knowing a fire was occurring anywhere outside of that room. Aside from Covid, who would do this to their children? Stay home, change your hours to hours you won’t have those children locked in there unsafely. Let your workers work while you stay with your grandchildren or draw unemployment since that’s an option for people who have children schooling virtually. There isn’t a logical reason children should be around people’s belongings up for sale, Covid-19, or for their own safety. Bathrooms appeared clean each time, which is a bonus, their selection is somewhat unique, though overpriced, and the workers have been wonderful every time. Because of those reasons, I am giving 3 stars, but otherwise, would give less.

I don't know why someone would give this company a 1 star rating. I do not agree. Helen /Lamar I think are hard workers. I have not purchased anything from them but they went out of there way to send me a photo of small item I asked about. Thet went out of there way to send a text and when that didn't work the emailed me and sent me detailed photos for a small item. You know how hard it is to get an auctioneer to send photos of a small item when they have thousands of other items customers are asking information for that worth more money? Its pretty difficult. The fact they went out of there way to message me telling me "couldn't send text please check email" made me as buyer. VERY happy and pleased. I'm sure all you buyers on now what I mean by this. Anyway I buy a lot at auctions all the time. I post reviews for only the auctioneers that do the extra work to make there customers happy... Helen and Lamar. Not sure if you guys are married or just partners. I just want you to know you guys are doing a great job and in my opinion working hard!!

I wish they had updated their listing. I drove a half hour from Midtown, the only reason I would come to Cordova, only to be told as I strolled up the drive for the last half hour of the sale for today, "We're sorry, but we're closed," by the folks standing in the drive having a smoke. Unbelievable. Sadly, I doubt I'll drive out tomorrow, in the rain. I can probably find beautiful scarves for my granddaughter somewhere else, but I was really looking forward to this sale. Live & learn. Probably should call this Co. before making a trip if they're not in your neighborhood.

This company was hired to handle the estate sale of my elderly next door neighbor that currently resides in a nursing home. These people were horrible to deal with. I would never recommend their services to anyone and go well out of my way to advise against using them. Besides treating my self and my wife very poorly. They also left all types of garbage in the car port (clearly visible from the street) for almost 6 months following their estate sale at her house.

They stole everything they even smoked in the house. Don't trust them. We were told this by close friends who recently had a loss.

Terrible place for sellers. Very dishonest people. Stole 3 fur coats from my mother and several other items. Should not be in business the way they cheat their customers. Will never do business with them again! Just greedy crooks! Never paid me for several items brought in. When questioned about it they blow you off. Don’t get ripped off at this place. Buyers and sellers beware!
