When in Memphis, we always check this place out. You never know what you will find. Staff was very kind, they even had a Valentines table set up (the week of) with free cupcakes and candy. Such a nice treat.
The only problem we had was parking. Limited number of spots.

I was immediately Stereotyped as soon as I walk in building and spoke to a lady at counter, She very sharply asked What are you looking for I said I was shopping for Christmas gifts "She" stated rudely "BOY GIRL!! MAN OR WOMAN told I was shopping for older person and walked away from counter areas the same woman proceeded to follow me through store, and had others doing same, and as I was shopping woman walked up to and goes you need to go ! No we're closing just you need to leave ..... I did but I don't think I'll go back up there .... and I was in uniform..... guess because I didn't look like money She assumed I didn't have any ....
