Never again I wouldn’t recommend anyone move there. This would be the very last option. Management sucks, apartments overpriced and I just recently discovered being charged near 4000 in fees after move out.

The new office manager is definitely top tier and was able to accommodate my requests fast and efficiently. I actually have no problems living here, it’s quiet for the most part.

I've lived here for 7 months, and it's been one of the best places I've lived in. No one steals my deliveries, and if my packages get delivered to the wrong address, the neighbors are nice enough to bring them to me.
They're not too slow when it comes to making repairs, so I'm satisfied.

I’ve had such a great experience with the manager at Annie’s Townhomes. They took such great care of my family and I. The process was seamless. I was very well pleased which is not an easy task. I would recommend Annie’s Townhomes to my friends & family. Thank you all so very much.

I went to visit these apartments and when I tell you the neighborhood was too quiet that it was unreal I went back at night to make sure it was actually quiet and it was . The manager Kanesha was so sweet and helped me get in less than 3/4 business days . Apartment was ready by next week . I had a bad experience with Twin Oaks taking my money and my application fee but she did not do that . She waited until I got approved to right on the money order because it was refundable if I wasn’t approved . I’m so excited about this move and Tanesha made me feel comfortable and took her time making sure my apartment was clean before moving in . I don’t know why they don’t have better reviews they have residence that been here for years . I highly recommend these apartments and the rent is super great for the square feet and how it looks

The new manager is very professional,helpful,and welcoming.She helped my sister throughout the entire process. She applied on last Friday and she is moving in today. I recommend anyone who is looking to move to visit and apply here at Annie's Townhomes.

Don’t apply. I’ve been to the leasing office 4x for a refund I was supposed to receive 2 months ago… the most recent time i went they say they have no idea what I’m talking about and to call corporate.

We moved 3 months ago and everything was good, we could see the apartment before the contract. So we make sure everything was ok, the wash and dryer machine was amazing and already installed on the apartment when we went to see it and the attention of the staff team has been incredible if I have any questions the support team is always there. Highly recommended.

The Manager there now is full of mess right with her crew how you wanna put somebody out and going by he say//she say and the residents asking for proof but you can't show now how is that just unprofessional manager

New owners says visitors has to park on Street to visit Really....Or cars will be Towed unacceptable?I can see if cars stayed over 24hrs...but to come Visit for a few Hours and Tow truck patrolling complex waiting to Tow somebody's Car.....unacceptable to Me... but property manager Confirmed it was True... I will be moving as soon as possible unless I'm told s'thing Different!!

Fraud! Theft! Dishonesty! If they had ZERO stars, I would select this based merely on the fraud! The apartment managers post units that are unavailable. They accept your $50 deposit as if they actually have units available. I call this fraud! Theft! And Dishonesty! Then they tell you that they have a waiting list. I would have never paid a $50 deposit based on a waiting list. The apartment claimed that they were issuing me and my daughter a refund! But, we have yet to receive the refund. So, they are also untrustworthy. This is not the type of complex that I would recommend.
