She was very professional, explained the insurance very well and patient with all my questions. They ended up giving me the best policy with a lower price than anyone around town.

Our experience has been lack luster. We hardly ever get phone calls returned in a timely manor as promised. We seldom get to talk to the same person twice and getting in touch with the person that was helping or that you need to talk to is challenging also. We are currently going through an extremely difficult time with a claim from an insurance company that we are currently with. We have never asked anyone at the Hooten-Hughes Agency for anything that they could not help us with. In a time that we need help from them, we are not getting the support we need.
