Very unreliable and will not be working with them ever again! Our company was supposed to pick up a vehicle through them and neither of the dealerships had it. Phone numbers given were wrong, address wrong. Eventually trying to fix the issue and addressing it to "Andres Auto Sales" we have been very calm and honest. They promised to call the dealerships and figure out the exact issue. No luck there either, they didn't call us back and we've wasted time. Calling back, I have spoken to"Mallely Tackett"Calling me rude even though I was calm and my intentions were peaceful, having raised her voice at me she threatened me and my company.We're still trying to deal with this issue and I am certain there's no help going to come from these guys.Avoid at any cost, I'm sad to say that there are people like that, unwilling to help and willing to admit mistakes.This message has been written with constructive criticism.

They are so understanding when it comes to “life happening”. I was behind on my payments due to me loosing my job, all I had to do was communicate and let them know when I could get back on track, and they couldn’t be more understanding. I would recommend the team and staff to anyone for your car buying needs. And they DO NOT sale junk. Have had my car for 2 years without a single issue. Not even a flat tire. THANKS ANDRES AUTO!!

This place is sells junk cars. I bought a 2003 ford expedition here. 33 days later the transmission went completely out. When i called them about it, they refused to help and told me i bought it as is. This is a horrible place to buy a car.
