Owner.........I have contacted your team about my issues and my wish to cancel our "service" but they like to hide behind your " We have 30 days to fix your issue. Guess what? even after this request was made, and I spoke to a Territory manager and local GM, I got all these "promises" about everything they were going to fix and do better. The very next "service" we were shorted pants for the week. This has been the worst "service" we have ever had and we need to be allowed to leave our contract, at NO COST! This has been a complete disaster and waste of time!

Talked with one of the executives here about service and was treated to a swearing tirade with one of the rudest executives I've ever come across. Amazing this place treats business this way

I give aramark a 2 out of 5, Because miscommunication with my check and HR did not give me a solution. I because concern where minds be at when they view people on a daily basic because the choices and decision matters

Not really a place to bring a 53 foot trailer. No dock. They expect you to bring the freigh to the back door. They expect you to have ypur own pallet jack and to provide them a pen to sign ypur BOLs. Forklift driver was very unfriendly.

this is the absolute company to work for. the have live maggots on the linen, it smells horrible, they have roaches, standing water. the managers will not allow you to go home unless you are dying. forced overtime everyday, 5 days a week. if not them you stand a great chance of being fired. the heat is unbearable. the managers are low down, dirty, liers, who shows increadable favortism towards some employees. it's like being in a prison. once you there, you are there for 10 hours. mr. k. moorehead who is over the plant is the worse. they claim they care about the employees but that's a lie. all they care about is how much you can produce. he has no problem firing you for his own personal reasons. he really abuse his authority. i would not let anyone know if they were hiring. they can't keep anyone and one female manager has no problem showing her favoritisim. it feels like you are on a plantation picking cotton when you walk in that hot building. they don't care beause all they do is sit in the canteen where the air is located but if you come in there to get some relief from being overheated, they have a problem. mr. k. moorehead acts like he is a master of the plantation and he only hears what he wants to hear. his only concern is numbers not people. they have a terrible communication problem with the employees. they will tell some employees information but not all. you are suppose to work at least 40 hours a week but not true. they use forced mandatory on you to keep your job.
