Horrible customer service, you filled a tank owned by another company and cut off my propane for 2 days leaving us without heat or hot water. I have told you this many times so if you really paid attention to requests, complaints or the way you treat customers, you would have already replied to my attempt at communicating with you. I will NEVER do business with you people again. You should also train your delivery people to check for leaks properly and not to lie on the tickets they leave stating there is a full blown leak when there was absolutely nothing to indicate there was even a small leak. It is ashamed you people do it here this way.

We call for delivery paid for full tank driver came did not deliver call multiple times paid 300 for quick delivery no delivery multiple more calls 300 credited to account multiple calls finally delivery after a very stressful experience and loss wages for 3 days

Price per gallon of propane is 50% higher than market average. HazMat fee of $11.99, your business is delivering hazardous materials, why am I paying this fee? Fuel Recovery fee of $9.99, I received a delivery, there was no fuel recovery, why am I paying this fee? Paper Invoice fee of $2.99 when a stamp cost .66 cents.What’s next, a Website Use fee, On-line Payment fee, Customer Service fee, CEO Bonus fee, etc? That’s right… I’m pissed. I was a loyal customer for 26 years. AmeriGas, you think you’re the only company?

Terrible company that over charges residential customers. Can buy the same propane at tractor supply for a dollar less from same company, yet the conglomerate of residents pay more which makes no sense. Also had a ticket open and was to be called by a supervisor and never received a call. Lazy delivery guy left my lid open on my tank after delivery as well

Called ‘local’ 901 phone number (per Google listing) and I spoke with someone who was not local, and the electronic delay made it very difficult to communicate. She was nice, but needed help verifying the pronunciation of “Lamar road”.

I am a new customer that requested service in January of 2022. I have my elderly mother living with me which I mentioned. We had no heat in middle of winter. The 1st appointment was scheduled for February 10. They came out said tank was leaning and could not perform service and rescheduled to comeOut to fix tank issue. They came out in March and accidentally rolled the tank over on its side , breaking the line running to house. It is now may 4th the tank is still on its side, and all they are trying to do is reschedule the appointment.
