We been her before and always have a good experience but this time was bad, when I pay I notice the amount was to hig so I start checking my receipt and they add money on things the they don't explain before I pay. So when they refund my money the manager said " this is not like buying clothes this is a doctor office" he was rude and then they ask me to sign for my refund but also said they refund is going to take a few days , so why I have to sign for a refund if is not in my card yet , bad bad bad experience

Very helpful, great pricing and they have a great selection of glasses. When i picked up my frames they made sure everything was correct and encouraged me to come to them with any questions. Five star customer service. Highly recommend

I’ve had a long day at work got off at two and back at seven and I went to America’s best on 5847 Poplar Ave. Suite 105 Memphis with a broken pair of glasses! I was sad and I didn’t know how badly broken they were… came out with them perfectly fine. Josh was an amazing help to me and finding the perfect fit, I left out with glasses That were originally Unfit to wear! I am ecstatic!! extremely happy and satisfied with my outcome!!

My experience was Awesome. The manager assisted me and I was done in about 30 minutes. He was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. I visited the Poplar location in Memphis TN!

I had a really great experience. My pre exam was fast & the young lady who provided the service, very friendly & I didn’t feel nervous. My eye exam was easy & I appreciate the doctors honesty. I know a lot of places would just care about the money but after visiting this location, they are one of the few establishments I have visited that still out there customers/ patients first. Also, the young man who helped to check me out for my new frames was the icing on the cake! He also made the selection easy & even provided details about the glasses I didn’t know. I would be back & highly recommend

I only gave one star because I arrived for my 5:30 appointment at 5:03 and was seen almost immediately . 10 , 15 minutes at max. I picked out my two pairs of glasses and was still waiting to get sized and pay for them up until 6, so I left. 1st and last visit.
