The lady answering the phone (Candice) needs some serious customer service skills training.Your an adult! No one is forcing you to work a job that requires you to deal with the public so lose the attitude! Your attitude is about as bad as an fast food employee. No one is forcing you to be there!

After reading the other reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive, BUT the staff was extremely helpful and informative. The front desk Clerk - Candice was pleasant. The lab technicians(Mrs. Edna and Ms. Shaquana) were very knowledgeable and skillful experts. The NP’s were awesome and experts concerning sleep disorders. She/they pretty much walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. They kept me informed about everything from copays to having to sleep a second night and the second copay. They even accommodated me when I requested to have a bathroom in my room for my first study. If you run into problems, call and they will go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns. I would recommend this lab for a sleep study.

I went in for a consultation, everyone was very nice. I was told,” that they will call me with my price, and other information.” No one ever called me. I had to call them, just to find out they forgot to call me. I received my price, and confirmed everything. COVID hit, so of course I had to wait. When we were allowed back I had to once again call them, just to find out they went up $200 more on the agreed amount before COVID hit. No cool at all.

I saw a lot of negative reviews and wanted to relate my experience. I had done the actual "sleep study" at home (which is a nice option - my insurance required this). My night at the facility was therefore to test a CPAP machine in an overnight situation.

I went in for my appointment. Everyone There was friendly. I receive an appointment to come back the same day. The room was neat. It could use some upgrades.

Awful customer service! Called to schedule an appt. and asked if my insurance was accepted. They said yes. I immediately called my insurance and they said it wouldn't cover anything at this location. I called American Sleep Medicine to cancel my appt. The woman on the phone became angry and argued with me, insisting they did accept my insurance. I don't think so.

Awful customer service. Called to schedule an appt & asked if they covered my insurance. They said yes. Called my insurance company who informed me that they don't cover services at this location. Called back to cancel and the woman got angry with me and argued. I said I just wanted to cancel the appt. and she continued to argue, then hung up. Don't go here!

I have mixed reviews. The first time I was referred to them (after begging and pleading because I have had trouble sleeping since childhood) was about five or six years ago. I had a nice first appointment. The waiting area was clean, wait wasn't too long, staff was kind. I was told everything, including my testing, would be fully covered. However, I was misinformed. When I went back for my test, I was then told I would have a $500 co-pay. Needless to say, I was unable to complete my study.
