Best advice: don't call or accept calls from eagle movers. A slimy salesperson will underestimate everything while telling you he is overestimating. Eagle moving uses a third party, currently its INSTAMOVERS. After the eagle guy gets the 1st payment he stops answering calls. I dealt with nick. Use a local or nationally recognized company. I am currently on day 4 of not knowing where my stuff is. Eagle moving customer service is only open 4 days a week. Sort of inconvenient being closed Friday to Sunday.

Brett and Andrew packed my mom in 2019 for a move from The Colony, TX to Arkansas and for me from The Colony, TX to Richardson, TX in 2020. Each and every item was pack with care for us both. Every item arrived in tact. They even marked a piece of artwork my dad bought before he passed as "dad's". What a special touch. I moved during the COVID-19 lockdown. They wore masks and exercised the utmost caution and care. When you need to relocate local or across the country, please use this company. They are the absolute BEST.

My wife and I relocate often for our careers, so we are familiar with quality relocation services, and these guys are it. Priced well, punctual, friendly, professional and communicative. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them again. It made pleasant an otherwise uncomfortable process, and that, is priceless.

These guys are phenomenal. Punctual and professional with clear communication. We had a lot of issues with our storage facility and Brett and Andrew helped us tremendously with dealing with the challenges. They even came back a second time to work on part 2 of our move and I can say they have been the best experience of any service we have had so far for any home related work. Hire them, you will get first rate service!

Without question... 5 STARS.. or more !!! Brett and Andrew are the most competent, professional, personal, caring people and business owners you will ever encounter ! They packed and moved our 2600 sq ft home ... and didn't even break a light bulb !! In addition to their character and integrity... these gentlemen are also at the top their business, with attention to detail that will surpass your highest expectations. They have MORE than earned (and deserve) their 5 STAR rating !

I found Brett and Andrew online and based on the reviews I read I scheduled them to move my daughter this week. I've used numerous moving companies throughout my life but no comparison to these two young men. They are completely professional, very efficient and detailed. They treated her belongings like they were their own. There's nothing fun about moving but I can assure you they make it seem easy. And, they are just nice young men that are enjoyable to have around. You can't go wrong with this company. Cathy G.

This is a great company and couple of guys. They did an amazing job packing our stuff and getting us ready for the move. I'm so glad we found them and had them come over to get us ready to move. I highly recommend this company and these guys for the job. If you are moving and need help packing, call them. You won't be dissappointed.

Brett and Andrew were awesome!!! They did a fantastic job on my recent move from a big house to a small apartment.... no matter my stress level they kept calm and poised throughout the day. Took great care in all of my belongings and never missed a beat. Knowing I will have to move again shortly they planned ahead and helped me plan how to maximize storing pieces, and making it easy to reassemble when time came. They made one of those days of moving that's suppose to be horrible really quite relaxing. I will be using them again out of my temporary space without question. Thanks Brett and Andrew!

HIRE THEM!! THEY ARE WONDERFUL! Seriously, there aren't enough words to express how highly we regard and recommend AERS. Andrew Wise and Brett Moore are the most professional, well-trained, courteous, articulate young men you could ever meet....in any profession. We interviewed four different relocation services for our move and from the very first meeting, Andrew conveyed honesty, trust, and intelligence. Nothing was broken or forgotten or lost! Everything they did was with a smile, and they went the extra mile even after a 13 hour day. Please do yourselves a favor and hire them to pack your household. You won't regret it! Brett and Andrew made my moving experience so easy and painless for several reasons. First, they are super great guys with great attitudes and it was a pleasure to be around them. They packed me one day and moved me the next, and I never got stressed out through any of it. All my stuff made it to my new house unscathed (even an old IKEA shelf!) and they even came back to pick up all the boxes. Very reasonably priced and responsive- cannot recommend enough!

If you're looking for a hassle-free moving experience with movers that are reliable, kind, hard-working, and trustworthy, I would highly recommend Brett and Andrew. I've had them move my furniture and belongings twice and they were amazing both times. The first time I just had a couch and a few boxes to move and had to move from my parents' house in Plano to an apartment in Dallas and the move took under an hour. The second time (which was today) I moved half a mile to a new apartment but had way more furniture (bed, side table, dining table, 4 chairs, couch, TV, TV stand, dresser, coffee table) and 10-12 boxes and it took them under 2 hours for the entire move (including assembly and disassembly). They showed up on the dot both times and did the job swiftly but also meticulously. They're both also really friendly and personable guys so it was fun to talk to them while the moving, assembling, and disassembling were happening. The moves are reasonably priced too - they give you an estimate beforehand depending on the complexity of the move (i.e. the size/complexity of the furniture, number of boxes, etc) and the length of time it'll take and they've stuck with the estimate both times. They were also really easy to contact beforehand - they responded to my emails and calls right away and if they couldn't get to the phone when I had a question, they would return my call within a day. I would recommend Brett and Andrew in a heartbeat to any of my friends!

We had to move very suddenly and it was a super stressful situation. Brett and Andrew saved the day because there is no way I could have packed our family (aquarium, dog, 4 kids, etc....) on top of everything else. These are awesome guys and they did an incredible job. I just couldn't be more pleased with how the packing and move went. They are so trustworthy. I didn't worry about any of my stuff and didn't feel the need to hide valuables or watch them. NOTHING was broken. Their prices were so much better than other moving companies. I feel super blessed to have found them via Hot Shots Moving Plano (love those guys too). I cannot recommend them highly enough.
