The store is clean, greating lighting and fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is great and very courteous. The store is a great place to shop for vegan food as well. I adore the cafeteria, and they serve fresh hot food. You have the choice to eat in or take it home.

Chicken was frozen. Service was good. Ambiance is always good there. Don't shop here anymore.

*Update : Hopefully this problem is being addressed. I have been there a couple of times recently and there was an attendant.*Original : I *do not* recommend this location.Twice I have been there this month to make return, well within their stated business hours, and it has been closed with the drop off kiosk full. The attendant just "left for the day", yesterday at 12:30. This location is supposed to be open until 7p. Very frustrating.

The counter was not staffed during the indicated hours. I was not able to pick up my package. I don't understand why the location went from lockers that didn't require staffing to a counter that does require staff when no business has enough staff for regular operations! Make it make sense!!

Your typical Whole Foods, but thankful to have it nearby... service is normally great and friendly... and I always love their GF and organic selections. The deli is hit and miss but I love when they have their broccoli crunch salad.. it's awesome. The self check out has grown and all but pushed its way into the now very small, sitting and eating area.. on Thai particular visit the women's restrooms were and needed some attention.

The return is quite easy, there is a representative that will collect the package from you as it is.

Whole Foods came through again, when other retailers had no distilled water available to sell. It's nice to have a grocery store that has a more robust distribution system. Of course, I also purchased some freshly baked sourdough bread and a nice berry tart from their bakery.

The customer service at this whole foods is abysmal. Had a very unpleasant interaction with the blonde girl at the bakery section, (11/23, 3pm) asked her if I could order a cake and come back and pick it up the next day. I didn't want the cake to melt on the way home since I live quite far and I'd be back in the area the next day anyway. But instead of a simple yes or no she proceeded to demand a reason why I needed to do so and then made me feel like an idiot for asking saying oh you could put the cake in your fridge so it's just as fresh as it was in our fridge. Right...I know that. Jeesh no need to make it so condescending. I go to Trader Joe's consistently for a reason, the people there are much more friendlier and welcoming.

The customer service for Amazon pick is horrible. They are not scanning the packages in so that it easy for pick up. This is the second to time this has happened at this location, but this time the young lady refused to look again to make sure she didn't over look my second package. I asked if she could look one more time because she found the 1st package after it was not scanned in and she said NO, she could not do that. Then she started to help the next customer with his return. That was the worst experience with Amazon customer service and I will not be using this location for pickup ever again.

Love this local store - large enough to have most of all my favorites. Friendly service. Clean and updated. Hot bar is open with an employee filling what you need. Coffee and juice bar is also open.
