Her customer service and ability to keep me informed on the repairs as well as anticipated completion were a big help. I appreciated the level of communication that she and her team provided.

I had a very professional experience at Alpine Autoworks. They attended to me promptly, did exactly what they said they would, and completed the work on time. While I hope not to have further issues with my MINI in the future, I will definitely call them if I do. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Great work, Alpine Autoworks!

I have known most of the owners that have worked on my BMW, a 91, 96 and my present one an 2005 E 46 M3. I would like to compliment all of Alpine's staff. M3's are hard to get expert repair and quick service. I would like to give thanks to Mario, Jessica and staff for the prompt service and quick turnaround.
Mario had a wecker to pick up within couple of hours after the call.
Had tech testing and inspection, discovered other needed repairs.
I would like to thank everyone again for all the cooperation, effort and concern in repair, progess and pick-up .
I will contact Mario on my next repairs needed, he is understanding, polite and knowledgeable.

I've brought my 2015 BMW here for work when it's needed for years. This shop has always taken good care of me, my car and they updated me every step of the way. Most recently my turbo failed and had to be replaced. So far the car has been running like new. Always a great experience with these guys. To be honest, this is the only place that I trust with my BMW. Even the tow truck guy they sent to pick up my car was very knowledgeable, polite and gentle with my car. A+ experience.

Best BMW shop in Memphis hands down!! From the first phone call, to dropping off my car, getting the estimate and completing repairs Alpine remained in communication with me every step of the way. Their honesty and comment to you and your car is above all the rest. My car needed a lot of TLC due to it being older, and over 150k miles, and they did not disappoint! They will be the only ones to touch my 2008 328I now. It drives and rides like a new car now!
