Worse customer service experience I have ever witnessed. The woman who was claiming was the manager/owner was hysterically screaming at a poor mother who was asking some questions threatening to kick her out if she wasn't buying because she was wasting her time. I turned around. Please do yourself a favor and shop at a decent store. Place looked shabby, poor location, and visible untidiness and disorganization.I am reading this response and I am in disbelief. It looks the "owner" made some assumptions based on my Gmail id. Customer beware!! Racism, xenophobia, and manipulation at this location of All American!!! Uhh, generally, those screaming about random laws aren't law abiding citizens.

Remember when the shoe store asked what they could help you with, brought your size from the back, laced the kicks for you, and helped you decide what fit? This place still follows that method. Knowledgeable on sports and the equipment needed.

We went in on Saturday to purchase a helmet for my grandson. The associate was very nice and helpful. We had to go back on yesterday, same person, same attitude, very nice guy. I didn't get his name. He's all about satisfying the customer.

Best service in town. No comparison between All American and the corporate box stores. In fact, the box stores told me to go to All American to get what I needed. Locally and family owned. You do not find places like this anymore!!
