Caucasian female sold liquor and put two bottles in Kroger bag. No brown bag nor did she double the bag. The bag burst and she lied like she gave instructions on how to hold a single bag with two heavy bottles. She states policy is once you leave the store there's nothing they can do. But it was negligence on their part. She was rude and interrupting while I was talking to the other store clerk. The other clerk said she called the owner and said he said the same thing but she knew it wasn't right. Apparently management and the owner cares nothing about customer service. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Buyer's beware.

The bulletproof glass is a little bit over the top but the wide selection of liquors makes up for that tackiness.
