I used this car rental for a work trip, it was a very slow process (more than an hour) only two people in front of me, to get a car.Upon return of the vehicle, I left my lululemon belt bag but did not realize until I got home because it was dark. I filed a lost report and was told that someone would call me back. Absolutely no follow up whatsoever, like someone else said triple check because items left behind will not be returned.

Disappointed. I typically use Alamo when I fly into Memphis. When I returned the car, it was dark and I did not notice that my Android tablet was still on the passenger seat. I realized that I had left it when I made it thru security and didn't want to risk missing the last flight of the evening. I was confident that since I had just left, they would hold out for me in lost and found. I called immediately and got no answer so I filed a lost and found request. I'm Disappointed bc in retrospect, the lady in the blue shirt with the bad cough looked like she may have seen it and reached for it but changed her mind when she checked for the keys and mileage. Perhaps I misread her body language but I digress. I called a day or two later after not hearing anything but was told that I would be contacted if it was found. Since it was just an Android tablet instead of an Apple, I had higher hopes that it would have been returned since it was reported immediately but I guess I had more faith in humanity than actually exists. Although I checked the trunk, I should've turned the lights on in the car. My sage advice is double and triple check bc lost property will not be returned.

On 1/9/24 we used Alamo Rental. The staff and the service provided that day was superb. Starting with the young lady Nya at the counter, to Latrice assisting us with finding our vehicle, to the young lady at the booth exiting the garage. The lady at the booth was very helpful in helping us to understand the vehicle. The service was just as great when we returned the vehicle on Sunday 1/11/24. Phil was friendly, professional and kind. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.

Wow! I had a experience at the alamo in Memphis TN. I have never rented from there before but they truly were amazing customer service made the process from checking to drop off I want to thank Latrice , Quenese , Curtis they made the whole experience and process was simple and fast. I encourage you to rent here. Also if you have a flight leaving out of Memphis there is no deposit yay.

I accidentally left a silver ring in one of there rentals that mysteriously disappeared and they claim there is nothing than can be done about it sure I shouldn't have been so careless but it was 3 a.m. and I was tired. Despite that they knew it didnt belong to them and they stole it I spend over 10,000 a year on rentals for work and I will no longer be using them.

This was my first time using Alamo rental. I was referred through a secondary scheduler. I was skeptical about getting a decent rental or having a decent experience with any rental service due to the current rental service atmosphere. I was so pleasantly surprised and delighted when I first spoke to Valencia. She was delightfully easy to converse with. She was so approachable and receptive. She took personal responsibility for making my rental experience the best one ever. I could feel her honest and professional interest in my experience with Alamo rental. She was the key to making my entire visit home a total success. Her positive customer service reverberated throughout my whole four day visit with my family. Whenever I thought about her treating my experience with care a sincere professional concern, a smile came across my world and I was happy. I wish more people would take her professional and delightful approach to providing EXCELLENT customer service. I plan to use Alamo from now on for my rental services. I rented a car at the start of November and when I made payment using my debit card at the desk in the airport, the lady said payment had to be made using a credit card. The payment had already gone through with my debit card but the lady apologised and said it will be refunded. I made payment with my credit card after this with the expectation of getting my money I had already paid back. I have called back into the office to try and get my money back and have called them 8 times. You deny the first payment went through although I can clearly see the money has left my account. I have essentially paid for the car rental twice. When I call to get my money back I'm given a reference number and told you will call me back. I have called numerous times and have accumulated a phone bill of over £250 trying to recover my money. This was a mistake on behalf of the lady behind the counter she had apologised to me but you seem to have no intention returning my money.I have since been contacted and have had my money refunded. Thank you.

The worst experience I have ever had NOT getting a car I reserved.They would not issue the car to me because of my drivers license format and I still do not have a refund for the reservation that I didn't get. The staff were very unhelpful or compromising in any way.

I love getting rentals from Alamo. But sometimes they confuse me with the young driver fee, because I pay online but then still have to pay again once I get the car

MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALAMO WAS GREAT! I HAD LAST MINUTE ISSUES WITH ANOTHER RENTAL PLACE AND VALENCIA DEFINITELY LOOKED OUT FOR ME. WILL BE GOING AGAIN FOR SURE!

This is the worst service I’ve ever had. One of the folks working the counter followed me around and bad mouthed me to other people in the building. It was weird.
