Please do not ever ever leave anything behind in your rental. The process is awful and drawn out. Such terrible customer service. Something that could literally take five minutes is taking weeks!!

I did the check in where I bypassed the counter and it was smooth sailing. Quick and easy. I am looking forward to another great deal.

The customer service was great. From the check in girl, the lady who helped me find my car. The check out guy and the guy who checked me back in.
