I must say this is one of the best auto shops that I have ever dealt with. The mechanic was very nice knowledgeable and took very good care of my car. The office manager was very professional and pleasant. As far as my payments this shop worked with me and got my car back on the road, I had a transmission rebuilt and now my car is running smoothly again

Mr and Mrs Norman were nice and had my Transmission fixed sooner than it usually take. The truck was ready at the time they said it would be. Really happy with the service and would refer others.

They have had my vehicle for 2 months!!! an it's still not ready just to rebuild my transmission... i paid them to fix it the 1st time 2k and 4 months later my transmission goes back out!!!! they keep lying saying it's gone be ready but it's not ready i dont advise no one to go here horrible experience!!!😡😡😡😫

I will recommend Mr. and Mrs. Norman to anyone. The customer service was amazing. I was getting over charged for services from another mechanic, but Mr. Norman made sure my vehicle was fixed properly for a reasonable price. I anticipated my car being kept for a while due to the nature of the problems and the parts that were needed. Thank you guys for allowing me to keep my car for 10+ more years.

Very polite, nice, kind. Good work. Very good people. They have 20+ years experience and get the job done right. I would recommend them to anyone. Just got my altima back a few days ago and loving it. Drives perfect again.

They had my Honda Odyssey for six week's. Seriously it doesn't take six weeks to rebuild a transmission. My transmission was rebuilt three times. Just got the van back this morning and now my van has a long scratch on the rear bumper and the steering wheel and making noise when you turn it. Let me add the scratch wasn't on the bumper nor was the steering wheel making any noise when my husband dropped it off to them. They're friendly people but i don't recommend going here if your going to need your vehicle back in a timely manner. Also when i mentioned the scratch on the bumper the lady acted like it was our fault and she could have cared less. Go there at your own risk!
