I couldn't remember the name of the dang thing I was looking for, yet they knew what I was trying to describe. Got the item. Very happy customer. Cashier was very nice also. All in all a positive experience and will be back.

Love this place! Way better service than big box hardware. They always have the small plumbing seals and supplies you can’t find at big box. I can repair my 60 year old outdoor faucet without replacing the whole thing with the junk faucet they make today. They actually have people to help you that are professional. Thanks for the great service over the years. This is one of the few places left that gives great service. What happened to America? Let’s get back to kindness and respect. Do your part.

Placed an online order and they didn't have what I ordered in stock. It took two weeks for it to be delivered to the store for pickup. I would've preferred it to be delivered to me for that level of inconvenience, but it's not the fault of the store.
