Horrible! my prescription was approved my my insurance company 3 weeks ago and it's still "under review " by an Accredo pharmacist. If you can reach a customer service agent they reassure you that it will be 2 days- that was 2 weeks ago! The cat feature on their website doesn't work. It's just a mess.
