The company start out saying they are a family lies do one wrong thing you out the door I left early one day yes I was wrong for leaving but they could have coached me when I worked at the property by my self from day one and it was a while before I got help but no one never stayed I feel like they are prejudice because a white manager was doing the same thing I was doing but she still with the company they gave her the property I had I think that was the plan from the start . They pretend to like you so much .

I had no choice but to give 1 star....do not believe the so call 5-star reviews. Most are the people that probably still work there. Any who this is by far the worst company I ever worked for. I was working at an onsite property that I regret ever leaving. I saw the company had a WFH position (call center) that came available. Thinking it would be perfect to be able to be home with my daughters. The biggest regret ever being on property never ever gotten wrote up. I get to the call center then boom they write me up first write up was a final warning. Like wow really never saw the so call first write up smh. After that I felt so uncomfortable taking calls. I even told Michelle Carter that. They could have found me somewhere else to go. I knew right then they wanted me gone! Robin Bradshaw is the most snake ever and I honestly believe she's racist. The communication at this place sucks!!!! The turnaround is so high and can never keep anyone!!! HR is the worst and don't give a damn either!!! May 25, 2024 would have been 3 years at this place. It sucks not able to find work. But hey they didn't care, and they never cared about the employees! It's so much more to say but you guys could care less huh. And don't comment on this review with lies!!! Save all of that!!

I've been in the storage industry for well over 15 years now and Absolute is by far the best company I've worked for. My supervisor is a fantastic leader and I work with the best team! Everyone I've met/worked with are truly amazing people who really care! You don't find that very often in the workplace.

Absolute is a wonderful company! They take care of their tenants as well as their team members and stress the importance of core values. Some companies talk about core values but this company also shows core values too.

I am the Property Manager at Midway Climate Storage. This is the BEST career I have ever had in my life. There is plenty of help if you need it, continuous training to help you excel with the company. In the 6 months I have been here, we have grown from 64% occupancy to 85%!! The owners care about the property and the security of the property and have proven it. I love the people I work with, this job was a God send.

This Company hores people to "Manage" a 300 plus Storage facility with 4 DAYS OF TRAINING! No joke! The employee handbooks are completely empty! You train on video calls, or telephone calls. The Regional Manager for the Georgia locations exists on Cigarettes and no clue what really happenes day to day. I would NEVER use the Midway site. She's more concerned with Manager Meetings than helping new employees Excell! I bet this gets erased. Calls to Human Resources goes unanswered. Do NOT rent from Midway! Lots of regulars are leaving that facility. I can't imagine how far this Regional Manager will continue to ignore the employees in these offices cries for help? Save the money and rent in another facility. Good grief!!

This place has the rudest most hateful people Autumn Delvin and he handy side kick Liz who is the rudest person and there trusty partner who couldn’t tell the truth is it slapped which ever person while is that day Kim. Don’t ever waste your time and do business with this place if this is the kind of trashy people they hire. It’s not good to do business with people who can’t tell the truth.

I don't have an issue with the storage facility, itself. I have an issue with the increase in monthly fees each year. We rent for additional storage, but we are willing to part ways. We rented the storage space in 2016. Since then, our monthly they fees have increased by $30. I understand incremental increases due to inflation, but from year 3 until now, it has steadily and significantly increased. This may be our last month. It is not worth it to pay over $80 for a very small storage space.

Had $50,000 worth of possessions ruined at Green & Sons storage in Collierville due to a roof leak. Stephen Sanders offered me my money back but with a waiver not to sue. I have called several times and no call back. Obviously, they care about making money. Lost everything that I worked over 30 years for.

I've been on board with ASM for 7 months and this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I'm very impressed by the management team and their efforts to develop leadership and give us the resources we need to get the job done.
