I would rate them a zero if that was possible. They are very unprofessional, unorganized, and all around not a good look for Aaron's. I will be going with Rent-A-Car for now on.

Went in today for a couch. Ended up having to stay about 15 minutes after closing to complete my purchase. Cory was super friendly, patient and helpful!

If you are looking for furniture for your place don't come here. The furniture looks good but over priced and every time you go to make a payment thinking you are paying what you were told, they always coming up with hidden fees saying that it's "late fees" $5 I can see but how the hell $80 payment jumps to $115? Total Rip Off. My last choice for furniture after one year contract with them.

Rent to own a 55 inch TV. Quit working 3 times and was repaired. Quit working again a repairman came out and both control boards were burnt up. He said it would be over $400 each board to repair. Called Aaron's and they said I still have to pay for TV. Told them to come pick it up. Still said I had to pay for TV. Just had it for about a year and a total of 4 repairs needed 3 At no cost and 1 At over $800. Have done business with them off and on for many years and this is the first time I ever had a problem. Living with a broken TV.

Great customer service, They really try to help you own it. All you have to do is be honest and pay your bill on time. Please know what you getting and sign up for before you go blaming the staff for You not honoring your contract. Thanks Aaron's customer since 08

This is a bad place of business. They over charge for everything and than has the audacity to serve us court papers when they know damn well the came and got that furniture. Which was not worth all that money .
